Air Yogalates or I Air Yoga is a method that merges yoga pilates dance and aerial arts. Its principle is to transpose the postures, movements and traditional philosophy of these approaches using a hammock suspended to a height varying from one to five feet from the ground. It performs movements in suspension with or without contact with the ground and in inversion. This pension is adapted to all ages and can vary in intensity depending on the level. It respects the limitations of individuals’ bodies and allows progress in the realization of yoga postures.
