We start with a phase of refocusing and deep breathing that allows us to get out of the stress of everyday life
Then warm up the fingers and wrists to get a good grip on the hammock.
We then move on to a more dynamic warm-up that leads directly to contact with the hammock.
Practitioners continue with a series of postures from classical yoga, gymnastics or fitness according to the classes.
