Monaco, the place to feel Yogi @yachtclubdemonaco
The Monaco Yacht Club, an exceptional place where everything becomes possible: for a weekend and a wellbeing camp, the members of the club were able to taste the joys of weightlessness and reconnect body and mind from the 21 to 24 November.
Cradled in the hammocks we hung on the third floor of this magical liner, we experimented together, guided meditation, controlled breathing and letting go.
The days organized as an appointment with oneself, allowed us to practice aerial yoga in its different approaches …
Whether it is the restorative air, aerial yoga, aircocoon or even airpilates, no one remained indifferent to this first experience. And everyone has found their moment of fullness and return to themselves.
A team of dedicated coaches and pampering masseurs have allowed our 3 days of retirement to be embellished with professionalism and skills, perceived as welcome after a yogi practice.
An experience that we will renew soon …
